FRANCOPHONE IMMIGRATION
Many francophones who want to immigrate to Canada outside of Quebec qualify through the Francophone Mobility Work Permit Program.
The Francophone Mobility program allows for skilled workers with native French language skills to apply for work permits in Canada if they have a job offer in Canada outside of Quebec. The program aims to settle francophones outside of Quebec through the program.
Requirements of the Francophone Mobility Program

French language: You must be able to show native level proficiency in French, a language test may be required if the officer has doubts about your language ability

Job offer in Canada: You must have a skilled job offer for full-time employment outside of Quebec (National Occupation Level 0, A or B) with a Canadian Employer

Work experience and training: You must be able to show that you are qualified to work in this position
Benefits of the program:

Job offer is exempt from the requirement of a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), meaning that your employer does not have to undergo recruitment activities

The job offer does not need to meet the median wage requirements that are associated with the Temporary Foreign Worker Program

You can bring your family - as the position must be level NOC 0, A or B you can bring your spouse/ common-law partner and dependent children
Who is the Francophone Mobility Program for?

Applicants who have native or near native ability in French, in particular nationals of: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Monaco, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Mauritius, Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, Senegal, Reunion, or other applicants who have a near native level of French

Applicants who have a skilled job offer outside of Quebec

Applicants who are wishing to extend their IEC work permit who need to work longer in Canada before they qualify for permanent residence
