BUSINESS IMMIGRATION
Bring your business and employees to Canada. Canada has many different immigration programs designed to bring foreign talent to Canada for work.
LABOUR MARKET IMPACT ASSESSMENT (LMIA)
A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) can support a work permit application and show that there is a need for you to work in a specific role in Canada. The LMIA shows that there are no other Canadian workers available to perform your job and therefore you are needed to fill the role. The LMIA process can be used to bring senior executives to Canada on a temporary or permanent basis.
OWNER OPERATOR LMIA
The Owner-Operator LMIA is one of the most useful tools for Business Immigrants who can meet the Express Entry requirements. An opinion or LMIA is obtained from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), which allows you to obtain a work permit/ points for Arranged Employment under Express Entry.
INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFEREE PROGRAM
The intra-company transferee program is designed for employees of a parent company, branch, subsidiary, or affiliate in Canada. Workers who are transferred to the Canadian location can apply for a Work Permit through this program. Employers who bring workers to Canada through this program are exempt from LMIA requirements.
START-UP VISA PROGRAM
The Canadian Start-Up Visa Program presents a unique opportunity for Start-Ups to launch a new business in Canada. This program is designed for entrepreneurs with the skills to build innovative companies that can create jobs for Canadians. Before you apply for a Start-Up Visa, you must have the support of a designated organization (a business group that has been approved to invest in or support possible start-ups).
GLOBAL TALENT STREAM
